QMK Consulting was founded to give business owners financial support that extends beyond recording transactions and preparing tax returns.
We understand that franchise and multi-location organizations need accurate information at both the individual-unit and consolidated levels. Owners need to know which locations generate profit, where margins are weakening, how cash moves across the organization, and whether the business is financially prepared for expansion.

Every client works with a dedicated account manager who coordinates the accounting, tax and advisory work, so you are not repeating your story to different people. Messages, documents and financial reports live in the secure QMK client portal, and meetings happen by video or phone, which lets us support businesses across the United States.
Engagements usually start with a review of your current books, systems and reporting. From there we agree on what needs fixing first, set up the reporting you will use to run the business, and add tax planning or Fractional CFO support as the company grows.
